Q: How long does delivery take for personalised products?

Like you, we were tired of waiting weeks for personalised products to be created and delivered. That’s why we are committed to offering next working day delivery on all products if ordered before 1pm UK time. That’s right, every product can be with you the very next day - so you can get your devices looking amazing as soon as you get them. No more waiting for international shipping or long processing times.

Q: What are the differences between Blanc Space and Casetify?

Blanc Space products are of a very similar quality, if not better, than Casetify. Both use the very best UV printing techniques to ensure your design or photo is of amazing quality. Our products, however, are around half the price!

Because Casetify are based in Hong Kong, a delivery usually takes 2 or 3 weeks to arrive in the UK. Our personalised cases can be delivered next  working day to the UK if ordered before 1pm.

If you have an old case, even if it’s not from Blanc Space, you can recycle it responsibly with us and receive 15% off a brand new Blanc Space case.

Q: What happens if I am not happy with the product I receive?

Our customers are our number one priority and we are proud to offer the very best service in the industry. You can return your case, no questions asked, within 14 days of receiving your product - even if it is personalised!
