Refund policy
We want you to love your Blanc Space case — but if it's not quite right, we've made returns simple.
The basics
You can return any product within 60 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Opened is fine, as long as everything is still in new condition.
This applies to all products, including personalised cases. No special rules, no exceptions.
We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, just return your current one and place a new order for whatever you'd like instead.
How to start a return
All returns go through our online returns portal at blancspace.com/pages/returns.
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the items you'd like to return
- Choose your reason for returning
- Choose whether you'd like a refund or store credit
- Download your packing slip and shipping label from the final page
Your packing slip, shipping label, and (for UK customers) QR code are also emailed to you. Print the packing slip and include it inside your return package.
Return shipping — UK customers
UK returns include a pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked label and QR code. You can use the QR code to drop off your parcel at any Royal Mail location without needing to print the label. A fee of £1.99 is deducted from your refund to cover this.
Return shipping — outside the UK (USA, EU, rest of world)
You'll receive a shipping label with our return address. This is not a pre-paid label — you'll need to arrange and pay for return postage through a local courier. We'd recommend using a tracked service so you can confirm your return reaches us.
We don't have return addresses outside the UK. If you're in the US, USPS First-Class Package International Service is usually the most affordable option — around $20 USD, taking 1–2 weeks.
If you'd rather not deal with international return shipping, get in touch — we can offer a 40% discount on a re-order as an alternative.
What's refunded — and what isn't
Your refund covers the cost of the items you're returning. The following are not refunded:

Original shipping costs — any amount you paid for shipping when you placed your order is not included in the refund.
- Return shipping fee — for UK customers, £1.99 is deducted from the refund for the pre-paid Royal Mail label.
When you'll receive your refund
We process returns within 2 business days of them arriving at our warehouse.
If you chose a refund to your original payment method, it takes 1–3 working days to appear in your account after we process it. If you chose store credit, it's available immediately once your return is processed.
Returning items from a promotional order
If your order included a multi-buy promotion (like Buy 1, Get 1 Free), all items in the bundle are linked as one offer. To receive a full refund, you need to return all items from the promotion — both the ones you paid for and any free ones.
Returning only part of a promotional bundle means the discount no longer applies in the same way. Your refund is recalculated based on what you'd have paid for just the items you're keeping.
For example: if you bought 2 cases under Buy 1, Get 1 Free and return just 1, no refund is issued — because you still have the case you paid for. Return both and you'll get a full refund.
Sale items
Sale items follow the same 60-day return policy, unless they were marked as "final sale" during the promotion.
Mystery Bundles
Mystery Bundles are excluded from returns. These are pre-packed bundles of randomly selected designs at a deep discount, so we can't accommodate returns, swaps, or specific design requests.
Cancellations
If your order shows as "Unfulfilled" in your account, you can cancel it yourself — just log in and hit the cancel button. You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has been fulfilled, it can't be cancelled. You'll need to wait for it to arrive and then return it through the portal.
Faulty or incorrect items
If we sent you something faulty or wrong, you don't need to use the returns portal. Just get in touch with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll arrange a replacement or refund directly.
In most cases, you won't need to send the faulty item back. Clear photos are usually all we need.
12-month warranty
All Blanc Space products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects — things like misprints, ink peeling, broken camera rings, faulty magnets, and material faults.
If a defect appears within 60 days of purchase, the replacement and shipping are both free. After 60 days but within 12 months, the replacement is still free — you just cover the shipping cost.
The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, or device damage.
Personalisation errors
If we made the mistake (missing personalisation, wrong text or images due to a production error): free replacement or full refund.
If the error came from your submission (typos, wrong images, low-quality photos): we can't offer a free replacement, but we can help with store credit or a discount on a corrected re-order.
